StakeRight is a political sign placement and campaign tracking application. Manage your yard sign inventory, track placements across precincts and outlets, and know exactly where your signs are at any point in the race.

What it does

• Sign inventory management — Track every sign by type, size, quantity, and location. Know what you have in stock, what's deployed, and what's back in the warehouse.
• Placement tracking — Assign signs to specific addresses, properties, and outlets. Record who agreed to host, when it went out, and when it came back.
• Precinct & route mapping — Organize placements by precinct, legislative district, or campaign route. See coverage gaps at a glance.
• Volunteer coordination — Assign volunteers to sign runs. Track who's responsible for which area and what they've placed.
• Permit & ordinance tracking — Note which jurisdictions require permits, which have restrictions on size or placement, and which are friendly to yard signs.
• Timing & seasonality — Track when signs go out and come back in. Manage early voting periods, election day placement, and post-election retrieval.
• Cost tracking — Log sign cost, delivery expense, and permit fees per placement. See total spend per precinct or route.
• Export & reporting — Export placement lists, inventory counts, and precinct summaries to CSV for campaign reports and debriefs.

Privacy

StakeRight does not connect to any external service, use any cloud sync, call any API, or store your data on any server. Everything lives on your device. There is no account, no login, and no tracking.

Platforms

StakeRight is available as a web application and as an iPad app. The iPad version is designed for field use — sign placement crews can check signs in and out from the truck.
